As a Roster Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting workforce operations by managing rosters and responding to real-time workforce needs. You’ll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, acting as a central point of contact for roster and HR-related queries. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll help ensure service delivery runs smoothly while maintaining compliance and accuracy. Your work will directly support teams delivering essential services across the community.

As a Roster Coordinator in the Operational Support Centre team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Managing roster updates to meet compliance requirements.
  • Coordinating and triaging workforce management and HR queries.
  • Monitoring ticketing systems to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to resolve roster and system enquiries.
  • Supporting shift coverage and workforce planning activities.
  • Maintaining data accuracy across workforce systems.
