At Serco, we do important work that really matters. As our Talent Acquisition Marketing Business Partner, you’ll report to our Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager within the ASPAC Talent Acquisition team. You’ll play a key role in driving recruitment marketing activity that supports critical hiring across our health division.
You’ll translate hiring priorities into clear, practical campaign plans and deliver them end-to-end. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Corporate Affairs and P&C, you’ll help us attract the right people to impact a better future.
As a Marketing Business Partner in the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager and make a positive impact by:
- Planning and delivering end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Translating hiring needs into clear briefs and campaign plans.
- Coordinating events and branded materials.
- Creating and publishing engaging careers content and social media assets.
- Monitoring campaign performance and optimising using data insights.
- Partnering with stakeholders and suppliers to drive attraction outcomes.

- Experience delivering hands-on employer brand, recruitment marketing or digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong writing and content creation skills across multiple channels.
- Confidence using tools such as Canva, Adobe, Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
- The ability to interpret data and turn insights into practical improvements.
- Resilience and flexibility, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
