As a Workforce Audit Analyst, you'll play an important role in ensuring accurate time and attendance data that supports payroll outcomes across our contracts. Working within the Operational Support Centre (OSC), you'll collaborate with a supportive team to improve processes, increase automation and deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders. This is an opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement while building your expertise in workforce management and operational support.
As a Workforce Audit Analyst in the Operational Support Centre (OSC) team, you'll make a positive impact by:
- Ensuring accurate time and attendance data to support payroll outcomes.
- Processing and resolving workforce management enquiries via email and ticketing systems.
- Triaging MYHR and ServiceNow requests accurately and within agreed timeframes.
- Supporting system testing, configuration and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Training and mentoring new team members where required.
- Monitoring ticket queues and maintaining accurate case management records.

- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and workforce management systems.
