About the Role
We are seeking a full time practice Manager for the Pearce Health Centre. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of safe and effective health services to Eligible Personnel and entitle civilians in accordance with professional standards and legislation, and Defence Policies and Procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- A Diploma in Practice Management OR a Minimum of 2 years full time (or part-time equivalent) experience as a Practice Manager within the last 5 years
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification
About the Pearce Health Centre
Pearce Health Centre is located onsite at Pearce RAAF base on the Great Northern Highway in Bullsbrook, approximately 40km north of Perth. Upgraded in 2021, this health facility provides general medical and primary care services, along with physiotherapy, dentistry, pharmacy, and aviation medicine. Its standard operating hours are 0730-1600 Mon-Thurs, and 0730-1330 Friday.
