You'll play a key role in building leadership capability, managing complex employee relations matters, driving people initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement projects that enhance organisational performance. Working within a matrix structure, you'll balance business, contract and client priorities while helping leaders create positive, high performing teams.

As a People & Capability Business Partner in the People & Capability team, you'll make a positive impact by:

  • Experience balancing competing priorities within a matrix or multi-stakeholder environment.
  • A collaborative, approachable and team focused working style with strong relationship building skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with experience delivering people projects and initiatives.

We're particularly interested in someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys variety, and can adapt as priorities evolve. You'll be a trusted partner who is comfortable navigating different stakeholder expectations, building leader capability, and contributing to a supportive, high performing team culture.

In joining us, you’ll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders that will help you achieve your goals. Here, you will appreciate a flexible approach to work-life that comes with working at a company with long-term government-backed contracts.
