Make an impact at Serco
As a Dentist at Enoggera Health Centre, you will provide comprehensive dental services to patients including emergency treatments, general examinations, preventative care, restorations, minor oral surgical procedures, x-rays, extractions, root canal treatments, and prosthodontic design/management.

You will collaborate closely with the medical officers, nursing staff, and specialist dental providers to ensure high-quality, comprehensive dental care. Your role is vital in promoting and maintaining the oral health of personnel in line with Defence Policies and Procedures, ensuring patients are dentally fit for deployment.

This is a Permanent Part-Time role, working Mondays and Fridays.

About ADF Health Services
In partnership with Bupa, Serco’s ADF Health Services team provides integrated healthcare to ADF personnel across Australia. We deliver defence-ready clinical and support staff to more than 45 on-base locations, ensuring personnel have access to quality, on-site medical care.

Enoggera Health Centre, located at Gallipoli Barracks in Brisbane, is the primary base for this position and supports nearby facilities including Victoria, Bulimba, and Damascus Barracks. Established in 1908, Gallipoli Barracks is the largest military base in South Queensland, home to approximately 8,000 members and the Deployable Joint Force Headquarters.

The facility offers a full range of services including primary medical, surgical outpatient, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical services. It operates 24/7, with standard operating hours generally between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

You are committed to working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support the delivery of exceptional care to patients.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Australian citizenship (or eligibility for Commonwealth Security Clearance)
• Current, unconditional, and unrestricted registration as a General Dentist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum 2 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) postgraduate clinical chair-side experience within the last 5 years
• Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA requirements
