Make an Impact at Serco
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver high-quality clinical care to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel, supporting their health and wellbeing in line with professional standards, Defence policies, and legislation. You will provide nursing care, maintain clinical records, manage patient care plans, and coordinate patient management, while participating in clinical governance, quality improvement, Defence health training, and operational activities, including Field Training roles in military settings.

- Current, unconditional, and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- At least 12 months full-time post-graduate nursing experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary healthcare, or military setting (or part-time equivalent).
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
About ADF Health Services
In partnership with Bupa, our ADF Health Services team provides integrated healthcare to ADF personnel across Australia. This includes delivering defence-ready clinical and support staff across more than 45 on-base locations, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to high-quality on-site medical care.
Enoggera Health Centre, located at Gallipoli Barracks in Brisbane, is the primary base for this position and supports nearby facilities including Victoria, Bulimba, and Damascus Barracks. Established in 1908, Gallipoli Barracks is the largest military base in South Queensland, home to approximately 8,000 members and the Deployable Joint Force Headquarters.
