Full Time - Monday to Friday (7:30 to 15:30pm)

About the Tobruk Clinic

Tobruk Clinic is located within a sub-area of the Holsworthy Barracks precinct and operates under the technical and health support of Holsworthy Health Centre. Health Centre staff may be required to work across Holsworthy & Tobruk.  This clinic primarily provides outpatient health services to 2 Commando and associated special forces units. Services include primary medical, underwater medical, nursing, physiotherapy and mental health.  Standard operating hours are generally 0730-1530 Monday-Friday.  

What you’ll do  

• Provide a range of evidence-based physiotherapy assessments, treatments and rehabilitative services  

• Work with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries with a focus on functional rehabilitation and returning members to their work and exercise goals. 

• Coordinate patient administration, records, and clinic operations   

• Support multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient service delivery   

• Ensure compliance with Defence policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards   

What you bring  

• At least 2 years’ part-time or full-time equivalent post-graduate musculoskeletal experience within the last 5 years 

• A current, unconditional registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA 

• Recent engagement in Continuing Professional Development activities aligned with AHPRA guidelines 

• A current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (HLTAID009) 

• Membership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association (preferred) 

• Australian Citizenship required for Baseline Security Clearance
