About Us  

ADF Health Services provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia.  As part of this contract, Serco, in partnership with Bupa, provide defence-ready clinical and support staff across 50+ on-base locations nationally, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care.  

About the Role 

As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing quality clinical care to patients. You will develop and maintain patient care plans, liaise with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide co-ordinated patient management, provide assessment of patients and co-ordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments. 

This is a Fixed Term Full Time working Monday to Friday 0730 - 1530 until August 2026.

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • Australian Citizenship for Commonwealth Security clearance purposes
  • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour. 
  • Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). 
  • Minimum of 12 months Post Graduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health care, or military setting (or part-time equivalent). 
  • Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA. 
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification. 

 

About Creswell Clinic

Creswell Clinic is located at Jervis Bay at HMAS Creswell on the east coast of NSW. Approximately a 20-minute drive from its sister base HMAS Albatross, the Creswell Clinic provides primary medical, nursing, mental health and physiotherapy services.  It also supports the bi-annual intake of New Entry Officer Cadets and services up to 3200 ADF members.  Standard hours of operation are generally 0730-1530 Monday to Friday.
