About Keswick Clinic
Established in 1913, Keswick Barracks is home to MARS (Metropolitan Adelaide & Regional Sites) headquarters, as well as the Army Museum of South Australia (AMOSA) which was established in 1992 to collect and preserve military history. Located just outside the CBD, Keswick clinic is small providing primary medical, nursing, dental and pharmaceutical services. Standard operating hours for the Clinic are 08:00 – 16:00, Monday – Friday, MARS is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (nurses only).
What you’ll do
- Keep the clinic running smoothly with fast, accurate clerical support
- Manage health records and data in line with Defence policies whilst maintaining privacy
- Coordinate appointments and liaise with internal/external health service
What you bring
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience in an administrative role.
- Completion of a medical terminology course from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), or willingness to complete
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Sound computer literacy and experience with electronic health record systems highly regarded.
- Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Defence Security Clearance
