As an Operations Clerk at Clarence Correctional Centre, you'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the centre through high-quality administration, reporting and stakeholder coordination. Working closely with operational leaders, you'll manage sensitive information, coordinate complaints and investigations processes, and maintain critical records that support compliance and service delivery. This is an opportunity to contribute to a professional team that helps create a safe, respectful and well-managed environment. Clarence Correctional Centre is Australia's largest correctional facility and is located near Grafton in Northern New South Wales. As an Operations Clerk in the Security and Operations team, you'll make a positive impact by:

  • Managing complaints, requests and information enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating investigations, evidence collection and administrative documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases and reporting systems across multiple platforms
  • Supporting operational meetings, compliance processes and case management activities
  • Preparing reports, correspondence and responses for senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Monitoring, tracking and updating complaint and operational management systems
