About the Role
This is a full-time position on a rotating roster, based at Clarence Correctional Centre, Lavadia 2462. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be part of a dedicated health team delivering primary care to approximately 1,700 inmates from diverse backgrounds. You’ll work in one of three modern health centres, providing high-quality, patient-centred care in a secure and structured environment.
You’ll collaborate closely with correctional staff to deliver holistic, integrated health services that:
- Support rehabilitation and reintegration
- Ensure safety and security
- Maintain high standards of clinical practice

What You’ll Bring
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience (full-time or equivalent)
- Experience in primary health, rural health, or emergency nursing
- Commitment to ethical practice and patient-centred care
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive compliance and clearance processes including detailed background check, Drug and alcohol screening and medical
