Our TPPP is a structured, supportive program designed to help new graduate nurses transition into confident, capable professionals. You’ll be immersed in a dynamic correctional healthcare setting, where no two days are the same—and every day is an opportunity to grow.

About the Role
This is a full-time position on a rotating roster, based at Clarence Correctional Centre, Lavadia 2462. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be part of a dedicated health team delivering primary care to approximately 1,700 inmates from diverse backgrounds. You’ll work in one of our modern health centres, providing high-quality, patient-centred care in a secure and structured environment.

You’ll collaborate closely with correctional staff to deliver holistic, integrated health services that:

  • Support rehabilitation and reintegration
  • Ensure safety and security
  • Maintain high standards of clinical practice

  

What You’ll Bring

  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Commitment to ethical practice and patient-centred care
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive compliance and clearance processes including detailed background check, Drug and alcohol screening and medical
