In this 6-month fixed-term role, you’ll support our Justice volume recruitment team as we deliver high-volume hiring for a new justice contract in Melbourne. You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Lead to create a smooth recruitment experience for every candidate, making sure our processes are efficient, compliant and technology enabled. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team, working across multiple Justice contracts while helping us modernise how we recruit and create positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers.

As a Candidate Experience Coordinator in the Serco AsPac Talent Acquisition team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Managing recruitment administration and maintaining accurate candidate data.
  • Coordinating assessment centres, interviews, online assessments and pre-employment checks.
  • Supporting high-volume sourcing, screening and onboarding across Justice contracts.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand demand and support recruitment activities.
  • Administering our CRM (Phenom) and helping streamline technology-enabled processes.
  • Supporting the team during peak periods and contributing to continuous improvement.
