As our Talent Acquisition Lead - Partnerships & DEI, you'll lead the delivery of inclusive recruitment initiatives that create meaningful employment opportunities for people from Disability, First Nations and Veteran communities. Working within our Volume Talent Acquisition team, you'll build strategic partnerships, strengthen diverse talent pipelines and drive innovative programs that improve recruitment outcomes. You'll use data, collaboration and continuous improvement to influence hiring success while creating an exceptional experience for candidates, partners and hiring leaders.
As a Talent Acquisition Lead - Partnerships & DEI in the Volume Talent Acquisition team, you'll make a positive impact by:
- Strengthening strategic partnerships with employment providers, community organisations and stakeholders to grow inclusive talent pipelines and improve referral outcomes.
- Expanding accessible recruitment pathways through pre-employment programs, traineeships, internships and initiatives supporting Disability, First Nations and Veteran candidates.
- Developing sustainable First Nations talent pipelines by building trusted relationships, supporting community initiatives and partnering with internal stakeholders.
- Driving performance through data, reporting and insights, measuring recruitment outcomes, partner conversions, wage subsidies and program success to inform decision-making.
- Leading DEI initiatives, providing expert advice, coordinating accessibility projects, supporting contract requirements and embedding inclusive recruitment best practice across Talent Acquisition.

- Experience leading talent acquisition, partnerships or diversity recruitment initiatives within a complex organisation.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, employment service providers and community organisations.
- Strong knowledge of inclusive recruitment practices, accessibility and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles.
- Experience using recruitment data, reporting and insights to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.
