As Capacity Manager based at Joint Logistics Unit – East in Moorebank, you'll play a key role in ensuring critical medical and dental equipment is repaired, maintained and returned to service when Defence needs it most.
Working closely with Defence stakeholders, technical specialists and operations teams, you'll lead capacity planning, inventory optimisation and workforce scheduling to keep essential healthcare logistics running efficiently. Your decisions will help maximise operational performance, minimise downtime and deliver value-for-money outcomes across a nationally significant Defence programme.
As a Capacity Manager, you'll make a positive impact by:
- Lead capacity planning and workforce scheduling to optimise operational performance
- Coordinate work priorities to meet contractual service levels and Defence requirements
- Drive inventory governance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyse operational and inventory data to improve productivity and resource utilisation
- Build strong relationships with Defence, technical experts and operational stakeholders
- Maintain accurate planning, compliance and reporting within Defence SAP ERP systems
