As our Infection Prevention & Clinical Operations Advisor, you'll play a key role in strengthening infection prevention and control practices across our Facilities Management services at Fiona Stanley Hospital and Justice Health services throughout Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with operational leaders, clinical stakeholders and frontline teams, you'll translate clinical requirements into practical operational solutions that improve safety, quality and compliance. You'll also lead continuous improvement initiatives, build workforce capability and help shape best practice across multiple healthcare settings.

As an Infection Prevention & Clinical Operations Advisor in the ASPAC Business Improvement & Stakeholder Relations team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Translating infection prevention requirements into practical operational practices for non-clinical teams
• Monitoring compliance through audits, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
• Leading outbreak preparedness, incident response and infection prevention projects
• Developing workforce capability through education, coaching and mentoring programs
• Advising operational leaders on clinical governance, risk management and accreditation requirements
• Building collaborative relationships with hospital, Justice Health and government stakeholders

You could be a great fit if you have:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Postgraduate qualifications in Infection Prevention and Control, or you're working towards one
• Demonstrated experience in infection prevention and control within a complex healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of NSQHS Standards, clinical governance and healthcare accreditation
• Experience leading audits, analysing data and driving quality improvement initiatives
• The ability to build trusted relationships and communicate complex clinical information in a practical, engaging way
