This specific role as a Store Person at Fiona Stanley Hospital, where you'll play a vital role in the receipt, storage, and delivery of supplies to support patient care. You will also provide essential backfill for the Administrative role when required. Reporting to the Stores Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Backfilling the Supplies Adiministartive role when required, fulfilling all ordering, receipting, data entry, account management and customer service queries through face, email and phone.
- Unloading goods and ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Matching deliveries with documentation and reporting damaged goods.
- Managing stock deliveries to hospital departments and conducting stock checks.
- Ensuring safety standards and compliance with traffic management procedures.
- Assisting clinical staff with stock requests and maintaining a clean, organized supply area.
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts and participating in quality assurance activities.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Strong computer literacy with demonstrated proficiency in Oracle, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in warehouse or distribution environments, including handling equipment.
- Forklift license (or willingness to obtain).
