Serco, in partnership with WA Health, is calling on Enrolled and Registered Nurses across all specialties – including Emergency, ICU, HDU, Mental Health, Aged Care, Medical/Surgical, Theatre, Chemo and dialysis – to take on short-term rural and remote contracts (up to 12 weeks) across stunning Western Australia.

 What’s in it for you?

✅ Up to $71.50/hr + penalties + super (based on experience) for RNs

✅ Up to $49.24 /hr + penalties + super (based on experience) for ENs
✅ Full-Time Hours – 38 hours/week + option for extra shifts
✅ Free Interstate Travel – For contracts of 6 weeks or longer for those outside WA
✅ Fully Paid Accommodation – No out-of-pocket costs

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years post-grad experience
• Unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Ability to obtain required checks and clearances
• Full Australian working rights

Desirable Experience and certs:

• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification – Adult and Paediatric
• Previous or current experience in rural and remote travel nursing
• Experience working within Multi-Purpose Services (MPS) sites
• Previous or current experience with Triage or Emergency Telehealth Service (ETS)
• Aged care nurses with NDIS screening clearances
