As our Candidate Experience Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-volume recruitment experience across our Facilities Management and Cleaning contracts. You’ll support our Talent Acquisition team by coordinating recruitment processes, managing systems and administration, and ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed. This is an admin-focused role with scope to grow as you develop your capability and confidence.

As a Candidate Experience Coordinator in the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Managing high-volume recruitment administration across FM contracts.
  • Coordinating interviews, pre-screening and onboarding activities.
  • Maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Responding to candidate enquiries via central mailboxes and phone.
  • Supporting sourcing activities across job boards and social channels.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
