As a Clinical Compliance Business Partner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that the ADF Health Services contract maintains high standards of clinical credentialing and compliance. This is an opportunity to work with a passionate and professional team committed to quality care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing clinical credentialing for new applicants using the Serco compliance tool (MyCred)
  • Conducting interviews and reference checks for clinical roles
  • Supporting credentialing processes for secondary roles and re-credentialing activities
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to assess applicant suitability and process compliance waivers
  • Providing clinical guidance on maintaining success profiles and credentialing tools
  • Assisting with audits, reports, and other recruitment or training activities as needed

Your ideal skills & experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in nursing, allied health, or a related field, any AHPRA craft group
  • Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting within the past 6 years
  • Experience in clinical recruitment, including interviews and credentialing
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A commitment to working both independently and collaboratively to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience in developing clinical governance documents or delivering clinical education
  • Experience with quality activities or organisational change initiatives
