Step into a 6-month fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension) where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that the ADF Health Services contract maintains high standards of clinical credentialing and compliance. As part of the Talent & Compliance team, you’ll work closely with Talent Partners to support recruitment efforts across multiple contracts and clinical disciplines. Your agility, clinical insight and commitment to great candidate experiences will help us continue delivering essential services to communities across Australia.

As a Clinical Compliance Business Partner in the ASPAC team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Undertaking clinical credentialing and primary source verification using MyCred.
  • Ensuring all credentials meet required standards and following up on outstanding items.
  • Performing clinical interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
  • Collaborating with Talent Partners to support early candidate screening.
  • Reviewing reference checks and assessing suitability for clinical roles.
  • Preparing and managing compliance waivers from submission through to approval.

  • Clinical qualifications across an AHPRA craft group (nursing, allied health or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and a natural risk-aware mindset.
  • Confidence using MS Office and the ability to learn talent systems quickly.
  • The ability to balance credentialing requirements with commercial needs.
