As a Contract Manager within our Defence team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality services that support critical government operations. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, customers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of the Defence Marine Support Services (DMSS)  contract. This role blends operational delivery with strategic thinking, allowing you to influence outcomes and drive continuous improvement. Based in Sydney, you’ll be part of a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

 

As a Contract Manager (DMSS) in the Defence team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Managing day-to-day contract delivery to meet performance and profit targets
  • Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality standards
  • Overseeing reporting, documentation, and contract administration
  • Supporting team alignment, engagement, and workforce coordination
  • Identifying risks and implementing practical mitigation strategies

  • Be able to achieve and maintain a defence security clearance of Baseline or higher
