We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and operational support to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and Director of Growth & Corporate Affairs, as well as the wider Growth Leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales and customer-focused environment, enjoys working at pace, and takes pride in supporting business growth and stakeholder engagement across complex, high-impact projects.

As part of our Growth, Strategy & Government Relations team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense coordination for senior leaders.
  • Preparing sales-related reports, presentations, and correspondence to support customer engagement and business development initiatives.
  • Coordinating meetings, governance sessions, and events with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Supporting the Business Lifecycle Review Team (BLRT) governance process, including bid documentation and reporting.
  • Maintaining CRM data and producing accurate, timely updates on prospects, customers, and opportunities.
  • Coordinating divisional stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings with senior public servants, partners, and key customers.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Confidence using CRM systems, SAP, Concur, and other digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills, creating clear, engaging correspondence and presentations.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities with a flexible, can-do approach.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, build relationships, and adapt to change.
