As Facilities Management Services Manager, you’ll provide strategic leadership across Serco’s Facilities Management portfolio throughout the ASPAC region. Working closely with operational leaders and contract teams, you’ll help create consistency, service excellence and continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of property and asset services. Supporting complex environments, including justice and healthcare settings, you’ll strengthen capability, improve operational performance and help position Serco for future growth. Your expertise will help shape high-performing services that deliver meaningful outcomes for the communities we serve.
As a Facilities Management Services Manager in the Operations Hub team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Providing strategic leadership and oversight across the Facilities Management portfolio
- Driving standardisation, operational efficiencies and service excellence across contracts
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives and embedding industry best practice in partnership with frontline teams
- Strengthening governance, compliance and risk management frameworks to support agile and efficient operations
- Building trusted relationships with customers, subcontractors and key stakeholders
- Supporting business growth, mobilisation activities and capability development across the portfolio

- Extensive experience leading facilities management services across complex operational environments
- Strong knowledge of asset management, maintenance frameworks and service delivery models
- Experience working within highly regulated sectors with a strong focus on governance and compliance
- Demonstrated success improving operations across multiple sites or contracts through collaboration and innovation
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills
- Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, Asset Management, Property, Operations Management, Project Management or a related discipline
