As Food Services Manager, you’ll provide strategic leadership across Serco’s expanding food services portfolio throughout the ASPAC region. Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll partner with operational teams, procurement specialists and stakeholders to deliver safe, high-quality and efficient food services. Supporting over 5.4 million meals each year, you’ll help shape innovative service delivery that creates positive outcomes across essential government services. This is an opportunity to influence strategy, strengthen capability and drive meaningful improvement at scale.

As a Food Services Manager in the Operations Hub team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Driving strategic leadership and operational excellence across the food services portfolio
  • Partnering with leaders to identify efficiencies and embed best practice across sites
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, compliance and performance
  • Strengthening food safety governance through HACCP oversight and regulatory compliance
  • Supporting supply chain optimisation, procurement strategies and cost-effective outcomes
  • Developing workforce capability through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing

  • Significant leadership experience across large-scale food services, catering or hospitality operations
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, food safety legislation and compliance frameworks
  • Experience improving operational consistency across multiple sites or contracts
  • Confidence building strong relationships and influencing outcomes across complex stakeholder groups
  • Commercial understanding of procurement, supply chain management and food cost control
  • Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management, Food Services Management, Operations, Supply Chain or a related discipline
