As the General Manager, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) for Asia Pacific, you’ll shape the future of safety and wellbeing for thousands of people across Serco. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll partner with leaders to embed a culture of Zero Harm, innovation, and care across our operations in Health, Defence, Justice, and Community Services.

In this influential role, you will:

• Champion a holistic approach to safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team across multiple sites and disciplines.
• Build meaningful partnerships with executive leaders to shape safer workplaces.
• Ensure our systems and processes meet the highest international standards.
• Reimagine how workers’ compensation and wellbeing are experienced with empathy and impact.
