We’re looking for a skilled HSE Advisor to lead the development and continuous improvement of our safety systems and frameworks. In this role, you’ll work across the business to design, integrate and enhance HSE systems that align with legislation and best practice standards. You’ll play a key role in simplifying complex requirements into clear, practical processes that support our people to work safely. Working closely with a collaborative HSE team, you’ll help embed consistent, high-quality systems that make a real difference across our operations.
As a HSE Advisor – Safety Systems & Improvements in the HSE team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Developing and improving HSE management systems aligned to ISO standards.
- Creating clear, practical policies, procedures and system frameworks.
- Integrating multiple safety systems into one cohesive approach.
- Analysing risks, critical controls and system gaps to drive improvements.
- Supporting audits, assurance activities and regulatory engagement.
- Engaging stakeholders through consultation to embed effective safety practices.

You could be a great fit if you have:
- A qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Business or a related field (Diploma or higher desirable).
- Strong experience developing and improving HSE systems and frameworks.
- Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex content.
- Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Ability to analyse information, challenge constructively and influence outcomes.
- A collaborative, reliable and proactive approach to your work.
