About Kuttabul Health Centre
What you’ll do
-
Deliver high-quality mental health care to Defence members
-
Conducting fitness-for-duty assessments and pre/post-deployment care.
-
Undertaking assessments, interventions, managing medications, formulating treatment and care plans for individuals and group education sessions
-
Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment where patient wellness is paramount
- occasion travel required to go to Waterhen, Penguin & Richmond during working hours in defence Vehicle
-
telehealth not clinical setting, its an office setting

What you bring
-
Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
-
One of the following:
-
ACMHN credentialed
-
Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing
-
Mental Health trained nurse / UK trained undergraduate Mental Health Nurse
-
Minimum two years’ Post RN general registration experience within last five years in mental health within a Primary Healthcare Setting or Specialist Mental Health Setting
-
Comprehensive assessment skills and experience in ‘Focussed Psychological Strategies’ and ‘Psychological Therapy’ as per Medicare Schedule
-
Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
-
Australian Citizenship required to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
-
Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient-centred care
