As an Operations Coordinator within the ADF Health Services Contract (AHSC) team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of workforce services across the SNSW Region. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly by responding quickly to workforce needs and ensuring shifts are appropriately covered.
This is a UPL-only role, working early morning and evening shifts. As part of the National AHSC support team, you’ll take incoming calls, respond to urgent workforce requirements and source backfill where needed to help maintain continuity of service.
As an Operations Coordinator in the AHSC contract, you’ll make a positive impact by:

Managing incoming calls relating to workforce and roster requirements.

Managing unplanned leave absences and sourcing shift backfill.

Coordinating with staff and stakeholders to identify suitable backfill options.

Updating workforce and roster information accurately and in a timely manner.

Responding to queries and escalating issues where required.

Australian Citizenship due to clearance requirements.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Strong administrative capability and a confident, professional manner.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with staff and stakeholders.

The ability to confidently manage incoming calls and respond to workforce requirements.

Previous administrative or coordination experience, ideally in a 24/7 operational environment.

Experience in clinical and/or defence environments (highly regarded).
