This is a hands-on role where your ability to proactively identify, engage and build relationships with passive candidates is just as important as your expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you'll make a positive impact by:

· Create engaging job advertisements and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Defence Talent Acquisition team

You'll enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you'll partner closely with an experienced team while having the autonomy to manage your own portfolio. You're organised, proactive and comfortable balancing multiple priorities without compromising the candidate or hiring manager experience.

You could be a great fit if you have:

· Demonstrated experience proactively sourcing passive candidates for niche specialist positions

· Experience recruiting within Defence or Maritime industry will be highly regarded

· Proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing techniques to identify and engage talent

· Experience managing end-to-end recruitment within an internal Talent Acquisition or agency environment

· Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
