Make an impact at Serco
As a Reducing Reoffending Coordinator in the Case Management team, you’ll play a key role in supporting parole and rehabilitation processes within Auckland South Corrections Facility. You’ll coordinate important documentation, manage hearing administration, and maintain accurate reporting and data systems to support successful reintegration outcomes.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll help ensure critical processes are delivered accurately, professionally and on time.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and tracking parole assessments and hearing schedules
- Coordinating NZ Parole Board documentation, sentencing notes and reports
- Facilitating AVL and VMR bookings for hearings and meetings
- Ensuring compliance with reporting timeframes and data accuracy
- Providing monthly reporting and governance support
- Liaising with stakeholders to support effective reintegration pathways

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and data management skills
- The ability to learn new systems quickly
- A calm, resilient and team-focused approach
- Experience in justice, rehabilitation or community services is desirable
- A qualification in psychology, criminology, sociology or law is desirable
