The Administrative Support Officer provides essential administrative, coordination and data management support to Acacia Prison Health Services, enabling the clinical and operationsl team to deliver safe, efficient and patient-centred health services to the custodial population at Acacia Prison. This role is onsite, full time based in Wooroloo, WA.
You could be a great fit if you have:
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (BSB30120/BSB40120), Health Administration or a related field from a registered training organisation (RTO) or demonstrated equivalency through relevant experience in a health services or institutional administrative role
- Experience using electronic health record systems (eg. Communicare, Best Practice or equivalent) in a health, community services or institutional environment (desirable; working towards considered)
- Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards and ability to effectively prioritise competing workload demands to meet service requirement
- Proven ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared clinical and operational goals
- Effective verbal and written communication suited to a diverse custodial environment
