Make an impact at Serco
As a Clinical Nurse in the Primary Care team at Acacia Prison, you’ll provide clinical assessment and intervention strategies for a diverse inmate population. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, support rehabilitation, and ensure a safe and secure environment. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Wooroloo, WA.
As a Clinical Nurse, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and interventions
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care
- Acting as a role model in providing holistic care
- Providing training and education to staff on clinical practices
- Managing clinical documentation and patient care plans
- Supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates

You could be a great fit if you have:
- A valid registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Experience in clinical assessment, care planning, and discharge planning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
- Experience working in a forensic or correctional environment (desirable)
