Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex projects. This role is pivotal in advancing operational, technical, and regulatory capabilities within the region. The successful candidate will ensure the seamless delivery and meeting all project goals on time, within scope, and in fully aligned with our policies and procedures. 

 

 

This position would suit a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in project management and a keen interest in Fire & Rescue Services, who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and is committed to delivering high-impact outcomes.

 

This role will be based in Abu Dhabi. 

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Manage all phases of projects with the client, from planning and coordination to execution and delivery.
  • Act as the central point of contact across stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless integration of objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management tools.
  • Provide structured governance and reporting, including milestones, risk updates, and steering committee inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with our company's standards.
  • Collaborate with procurement and technical teams to verify vendor performance and system specifications.

 

 

Specific Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in in contract management, stakeholder coordination, and performance monitoring 
  • Experience in Fire & Rescue environment / industry is an advantage
  • Certified in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale or mission-critical projects
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams across operations, engineering and safety
  • Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning, including Earned Value Management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project risk, integrating safety, quality, and regulatory compliance into delivery
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and regulatory bodies
