Your Opportunity  

The Senior Project Planner (Primavera SME) will lead program planning, scheduling, and project controls activities for the ATM modernization program, ensuring that all program schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, and progress reporting are effectively managed and aligned with program objectives, operational constraints, and contractual requirements.

 

Key Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Primavera P6.

  • Prepare resource-loaded schedules aligned with program phases, work packages, milestones, and operational constraints.

  • Monitor and report program progress against approved baselines and contractual milestones.

  • Produce weekly and monthly schedule reports, dashboards, variance analysis, and look-ahead plans.

  • Perform schedule risk analysis, critical path analysis, and recovery planning.

  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, contractors, suppliers, and program stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment and integration.

  • Support management activities and assess schedule impacts of variations and technical changes.

  • Ensure schedules are aligned with the approved Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and program governance requirements.

  • Support executive reporting and program governance reviews.

 

Decision-Making Authority

  • Recommend scheduling recovery actions, sequencing changes, and mitigation plans.

  • Escalate schedule risks, delays, dependency conflicts, and resource constraints affect program delivery.

 

Specific Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:

    • Engineering

    • Project Management

    • Construction Management

    • Operations Management

    • or related discipline.

  • Primavera P6 Certification preferred.

 

Required Experience

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in program planning and project controls.

  • Proven experience in large aviation, airport, ATM/CNS, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.

  • Advanced Primavera P6 experience within complex multi-stakeholder environments.
