Your Opportunity

We are looking for CAD Technician to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings for both MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Architectural disciplines. Working closely with engineers and project teams, the role ensures that all drawings meet design intent, project specifications, and regulatory standards. The CAD Technician plays a key role in supporting design coordination, documentation, and construction deliverables.

Key accountabilities

• Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings for architectural layouts and MEP systems.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and design guidelines.
• Review and update drawings based on design changes, markups, and coordination feedback. 
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure design accuracy.
• Assist in reviewing material submittals and shop drawings for compliance.
• Maintain drawing registers and version control for all issued documents.
• Maintain organized drawing archives and documentation.
• Generate drawing reports and summaries as required by the project team.

Specific requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CAD drafting, with exposure to both MEP and architectural scopes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and architectural detailing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design briefs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with drawing standards and local codes.
