Your Opportunity  

We are looking for a Mechanical Technician to support our contracts and projects across the UAE.

Key Accountabilities

• Execute planned and reactive maintenance tasks on mechanical systems and services, updating records daily
• Identify and procure necessary materials or components, ensuring repairs meet approved standards
• Monitor utility consumption and update records accordingly
• Perform maintenance and repairs on systems such as cooling, potable water, hot water, pumps, actuators, pipework, valves, drainage, and fuel systems
• Follow risk assessments and standard operating procedures during maintenance and repair activities
• Troubleshoot mechanical control systems, identifying faulty parts and replacing them as needed

Specific Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in mechanical building services within commercial buildings, hospitals, or other facilities management environments
• Strong technical understanding of building mechanical systems and associated equipment
• Proficient in mechanical planned maintenance and repair services
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant vocational training certificates in mechanical building services preferred
