Your Opportunity  

This is a Talent Pooling role across different contracts in Dubai.  

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the overall delivery and performance of complex projects and operations management
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure mutual success and contract longevity
• Oversee multi-disciplined teams, including People Managers and support functions such as finance and procurement
• Drive operational excellence through effective leadership and strategy implementation
• Ensure compliance with international and local statutory requirements, as well as industry best practices in facilities management

Specific Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in complex project and operations management. 
• At least 8 years of experience managing multi-disciplined teams, including support functions. 
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (industry accreditations are preferred) 
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels 
• Knowledge of international and local statutory requirements, along with industry best practices in facilities management
