Your Opportunity
We are looking for Customer Experience professionals to deliver exceptional guest service and support across the Parking and Welcome Centre areas, ensuring a seamless, informative, and welcoming experience for all visitors from arrival to entry.
The Customer Expereince Professionals will be based in Riyadh, where they will be required to work on a rotating shift basis.

Key Accountabilities
- Greeting guests upon arrival and offering clear, courteous assistance with directions, services, and venue information
- Providing support for ticketing, wristband distribution, shuttle boarding, and access procedure
- Responding to guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional, timely manner
- Assisting guests with mobility challenges and coordinating with the mobility support team as needed
- Managing queue lines and supporting crowd flow within the Welcome Centre
- Monitoring guest satisfaction at key points (e.g., ticketing desks, shuttle lines, help kiosks) and escalating issues when appropriate
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of venue events, operational schedules, transport connections, and guest amenities
- Logging guest feedback and incidents for reporting to the Guest Experience or Operations Team
- Working closely with Parking Attendants, Traffic Marshals, and Security to ensure coordinated guest support
Specific Requirements
- The job holder will be educated to a High School Diploma level or General Education Degree (GED) or they will have an equivalent professional qualification.
- The job holder will have at least 1 years’ experience in a related field as a frontline staff in service industry.
- Proficiency in using computer and its office and service applications (MS Office).
- Ability to understand, take direction, speak, read, write, and communicate in fundamental Arabic and English.
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with another foreign language would be beneficial in this role.
- Previous experience in a travel and tourism industry preferred.
- Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, events, or customer service roles is preferred
- Basic First Aid or Emergency Response training is desirable
- Fluency in English is required; multilingual skills are a strong advantage in international guest settings
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and event days
