Your Opportunity
The Facilities & Asset Management Consultant drives the integration of Facilities Management (FM) and Asset Management (AM) requirements across design, construction, and commissioning, ensuring assets are delivered with optimal operability, maintainability, and complete asset information to enable effective operational handover.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. They must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced project environment. The role requires a delivery‑focused individual capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team setting. The candidate should be able to build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They must also demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
This role is part of our +impact Advisory Team based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Accountabilities

Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide technical advisory support on Facilities Management (FM) and Asset Management (AM) requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide input during the design phase to ensure operability and maintainability principles, along with whole‑life cost considerations, are embedded within the design.

Lead the development of FM, AM, and asset information strategies.

Oversee the implementation of FM and AM requirements during construction, ensuring alignment with the design intent.

Define requirements for close‑out submittals, including Operations & Maintenance (O&M) documentation, warranties, and related deliverables, ensuring alignment with operational needs.

Lead the development of operational readiness and asset handover plans to support the transition from project delivery to operations.

Ensure digital asset information and documentation are structured to align with relevant systems and digital platforms.

Define requirements for O&M demonstrations and training, including responsibility matrices, test event planning, and training formats.

Oversee the delivery of demonstrations and training activities to ensure operational teams are fully prepared.

Oversee the handover of asset information and close‑out submittals, including O&M manuals, asset registers, warranties, and maintenance strategies.
Specific Requirements

Minimum 15 years’ experience in Facilities Management and Asset Management, including asset handover from projects to operations, with at least 3–5 years in a consultancy environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Built Environment, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Demonstrated experience implementing asset and facilities management frameworks in line with ISO 55000 and ISO 41001

Strong presentation and analytical skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and general PC applications.

Experience working in KSA is required.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green / Black Belt preferred.
