Your Opportunity  

The Document Controller will manage project documentation and configuration control processes to ensure that all technical, contractual, safety, and regulatory records are maintained, traceable, and readily available throughout the project lifecycle.

 

The hiring for this position is subject to contract award.

 

Key Accountabilities

Document Control

  • Support applying for airport passes

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, transmittals, and revision control.

  • Maintain deliverables registers, review trackers, action logs, and document databases.

  • Ensure only approved revisions are distributed and used.

Configuration and Records Management

  • Maintain an auditable trail of submissions, comments, and approvals.

  • Control technical documents, drawings, reports, and test records.

  • Support document retention and archiving requirements.

Project Support

  • Prepare meeting minutes and action trackers, Support weekly and monthly reporting.

  • Assist with audits and regulatory evidence management.

  • Support handover and closeout documentation activities, including O&M manuals, as-built records, and training documentation.

General Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders on document submissions.

  • Support the Project Manager and project team in maintaining effective document management processes.

 

Specific Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Engineering, Information Management, or equivalent.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in document control within engineering, airport, or infrastructure projects.
