Your Opportunity  

The Planning & Safety Engineer will provide planning, scheduling, project controls, safety coordination, and risk management support to ensure the timely and safe delivery of the CAT III and A-SMGCS Level 4 Programme.

The hiring for this role is subject to contract award.

Key Accountabilities

Planning and Project Controls

• Develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans.

• Monitor milestones, progress, and critical activities.

• Support schedule recovery plans and change management.

• Maintain risk, issue, action, and change registers.

Safety Management

• Support safety assessments, hazard identification, and MOC activities.

• Coordinate with contractors on method statements and risk assessments.

• Support compliance with project HSE requirements and operational constraints.

• Participate in safety meetings and audits.

Reporting and Coordination

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and dashboards.

• Support programme governance and KPI monitoring.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities.

General Responsibilities

• Support project controls and safety deliverables.

• Perform any additional duties delegated by the Project Manager.

Specific Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in planning and safety management, preferably within airport or infrastructure projects.
