As a Social Sourcing – Regional Partnership Coordinator in our UK and Europe – Defence – AFRS team, you’ll build and manage partnerships that strengthen community connections and support recruitment outcomes, helping us reach more people and create a positive impact.
In this role, your work will directly support recruiting outreach strategies, connecting with organisations, communities, and stakeholders to broaden access to opportunities. You’ll play a key part in building trust, creating meaningful relationships, and helping shape a future where our work touches more lives and delivers lasting community impact.
What you’ll do as a Social Sourcing – Regional Partnership Coordinator
You’ll be entrusted to:
- Build, develop, and manage strong regional partnerships with community organisations and stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Support outreach teams with event activity, providing practical coordination and guidance
- Help organise and deliver events that promote recruitment opportunities and community interaction
- Contribute to business development ideas, including preparing presentations, reports, and support materials
- Strengthen collaboration across teams to enhance performance, reputation, and continuous improvement

- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and delivering clear, engaging presentations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across diverse audiences
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working with external organisations such as local authorities or third sector partners
- A proactive approach to solving problems and bringing clarity to complex situations
This role requires BPSS clearance, which involves identity verification, employment history, and criminal record checks to meet government security standards. An Occupational Health Questionnaire will also be required to ensure we can offer appropriate support for your wellbeing and performance.
