To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Dance Coach to join the centre.
Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex is a £38 m leisure facility which includes the development of Northern Ireland’s first FINA standard 50 metre swimming pool and a £15 m investment from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL) administered by Sport Northern Ireland. The complex offers an excellent choice of sporting and leisure facilities. Employee benefits include career progression and reduced membership of the sporting and leisure facilities.
As the Dance Coach you will you be responsible for the smooth operational running of Dance parties for children while always providing a first-class level of customer service, to make sure they have an enjoyable experience.
Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
About you
We are looking to hear from candidates that have previous Dance experience, ideally coaching children in a busy environment.
You will have good communication and customer care skills, have good health and safety awareness, as well as be able to work independently and as part of a team.
