Salary: £12.71ph depending on skills and experience
Schedule: Casual, as and when required. Covering a mixture of early, late and weekend shifts (must be flexible)

What you’ll do as a General Assistant

 

You’ll be entrusted to:

  • Monitor customer safety across the leisure centre, including poolside supervision when required
  • Support the Duty Manager with day-to-day operations and ensure facilities are safe and ready for use
  • Carry out cleaning duties in line with agreed standards, always maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding positively to enquiries, feedback, and concerns
  • Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, partners, and visitors to the site
  • Support environmental and energy reduction initiatives in line with our Carbon Policy

This role requires a Basic DBS check, which will disclose any unspent convictions in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
