Hours: Day: Part time 20 hours 14:00 – 19:00 on 4 days per week across 7 days
Salary: £25,844.10 (pro rata)

 

At Serco, we’re supporting the Ministry of Justice by delivering Electronic Monitoring Services (EMS) that help keep the public safe and support rehabilitation. Our work ensures individuals meet their curfew conditions, using technology and data to make communities safer.

We’re looking for a detail-driven Operational Support Officer to join our daytime team at our Warrington Monitoring Centre.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Review, input, and analyse data from monitoring systems to support operational decision-making.
  • Identify and investigate trends and anomalies in daily reports.
  • Raise and manage documentation for compliance and non-compliance reporting.
  • Collate and distribute information requested by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage shared inboxes and team communications efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records across multiple systems while working toward team KPIs.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling sensitive data with accuracy and integrity.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured, analytical work and takes pride in accuracy and consistency. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring the data that drives key decisions is correct and reliable.
