Membership Sales Advisor

Location: Fox Hollies Leisure Centre, B27 7NS

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Membership Sales Advisor to join our team.

What you’ll do as a Membership Sales Advisor

• Promote the centre’s products, services and membership options
• Engage with prospective customers and members to understand their needs
• Conduct tours of the facilities and showcase available services
• Support lead generation activities and membership growth initiatives
• Maintain and develop customer and membership databases
• Monitor local competitor activity and promotional offers
• Use membership systems accurately and effectively
• Work towards membership sales targets and performance goals
• Provide excellent customer service and support positive member experiences
• Carry out other duties as required by the General Manager

• Experience in a customer-facing, sales or membership-focused role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in engaging with prospective customers and promoting services
• Ability to work towards targets and achieve results
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
• A proactive approach with pride in delivering excellent customer service

Vetting and checks:

This role requires a Basic DBS check, which will disclose any unspent convictions in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
