In this role, your work will have real purpose. You’ll support individuals at pivotal moments in their lives, helping them build confidence, resilience and belief in their own potential. Through creative, inclusive and motivating delivery, you’ll create positive learning environments that inspire participation, encourage personal development and generate lasting outcomes for individuals and the communities we serve.

  • Design and deliver engaging employability, confidence‑building and mindset sessions using innovative and creative approaches.
  • Identify barriers to participation and performance and implement timely strategies to re‑engage learners.
  • Work closely with Employment Coaches and Trainers to co‑create personalised development plans using strengths‑based approaches.
  • Provide appropriate Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance to support participants’ progression.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support coordinated delivery and positive learner outcomes.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have…

  • A minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering employability or welfare‑to‑work programmes, including supporting individuals facing multiple barriers.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups in face‑to‑face and online settings.
  • High levels of empathy and emotional intelligence, with an inclusive and trauma‑informed approach.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt delivery to meet a wide range of needs.
