We're looking for a Finance Administrator who’s ready to play a crucial role in supporting the Contract Manager, Finance Business Partner and the Sales teams. If you're looking for a flexible, Monday-to-Friday role that combines structure with variety in a setting that’s anything but ordinary—this is it.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Finance Administrator, you'll provide vital support to ensure our financial and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a hands-on role in key areas such as financial reporting, payroll, forecasting, and sales support.
Finance Administration:
· Raise purchase orders and receipt necessary works in line with internal processes.
· Run daily income reports and assist the Contract Manager with financial forecasting.
· Compile monthly credit and debit banking reports.
· Support debt reconciliation and chase outstanding payments.
· Maintain accurate expenditure records and ensure regular reporting.
· Process cheque requests and manage the purchase order register.
· Oversee the Time & Attendance system and assist Heads of Department with related queries.
· Support the monthly payroll process and carry out accuracy checks.
· Collaborate on monthly income and cost forecasting with the Contract Manager.
Sales Administration:
· Host weekly meetings with the Sales team to ensure the forward order book is accurate for billing.
· Update the sales invoice tracker with relevant booking information.
· Assist with maintaining the accommodation sales tracker.
Systems and Processes:
· Be willing to train or retrain on accounting systems as required.
· Follow all company procedures and codes of practice in accordance with the Safety Management System (SMS).
· Contribute to a positive, proactive team culture with a “can-do, will-do” attitude.
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience in finance or administrative roles is desirable.
· A solid understanding of administrative processes.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
· Confident communicator with strong customer care awareness.
· Health and safety awareness.
· Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks independently.
